There's a strong sense of teamwork, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer support when needed. The collaboration across departments makes for a great working experience. While the company offers great opportunities and benefits, the leadership, particularly the senior management, severely impacts team morale. Instead of using feedback from the US office as an opportunity to improve or motivate her team, she often uses it to criticize and belittle them. Rather than uplifting or supporting her staff, she tends to foster a negative atmosphere. Additionally, she has little respect for people's time, often ignoring the boundaries of work hours, and her responses are often delayed, causing unnecessary bottlenecks and frustration.
