2yThank you so much for your feedback, we are always looking to get better and I would love to speak to you more directly about your thoughts so that we can really dig in. We love when we are able to offer professional development to all of our employees. Sometimes this comes in the form of a formal program but most of the time it comes from on the job learning, mentoring, coaching and manager engagement with employees. As for termination of employees, I would like to hear more about this. Sometimes when we have to restructure a team a tough business decision needs to be made and when we let someone go for performance we try and make sure clear feedback was given and the employee has a chance to take it in and improve Letting people go is never easy but we do the best we can to make it as respectful as possible to the departing employee.
