2yThank you for your feedback. I would like to try and address as much of it as I can. While we did recently update our PTO policy we have varying degrees of time off based on levels and tenure. With our old policy, we felt it wasn't equitable so this change was in an effort to be as far as possible. Regarding Summer Fridays, we still enjoy those from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We made the shift to summer only when the market took a turn so that we were positioned in the best way possible to protect as many jobs as we could. If things turn around and we have incredible business results we will of course consider these again. As it relates to our health plans we have different tiers of plans that we priced to make sure they were reasonable for our employees. We are always looking for feedback thought that we escalate to our parent company each year prior to Open Enrollment. We also are very proud that we now offer a Student Loan Assistance Program to help offset student loan debt for any of our employees who carry active student loans. Finally, I am sorry to hear that you weren't getting reviews on a regular basis. We aim to have formal reviews 2-3 times a year and commit to taking a look at employee salary levels each year.
