One pro at working at CodeNinjas was getting to work with the kids. Many of them were genuinely interested in coding and wanted to work with robotics.
Kontras
CodeNinjas' curriculum was not the best and kept changing in the half year I worked there. I think the company actually had to remove a portion of it due to stealing from another source. The timeline plan for the kids was vastly incorrect. You can't expect a 1st grader to be working at the same rate as middle schoolers. They just don't have the attention span
