      Pros

      The people were some of the most amazing and kind people I've had the pleasure of working with, and I was excited to be apart of any team or volunteer group.

      The company was deeply mismanaged after a change in leadership promised lofty goals that it couldn't meet, which eventually led to its closure.

      Pros

      Was a great place. There was a lot of space for feedback and work towards becoming an anti-racist org.

      Kontras

      There was a change in management, which was not managed very well. From my position, it seems like the change management was so poorly executed that it did lead to the closure. Very devastating.
