Pros
Work from home is nice. Performance bonuses.
Kontras
NO empathy for medical or family emergencies, attendance policy is strict and gets stricter with high call volume. Pay is extremely low for workload. Leadership plays favorites. There is a constant turnover in Team Leads and fellow reps. You will have a new Team Lead every few months. Be prepared to be micromanaged. They are constantly bringing in new clients without making sure they have the staff to support the increased workload. There is NO consistency in policy and procedures between the training, referral materials, and management directions. Every one you talk to will tell you something different, and the unofficial motto of the FNOL dept is "CYA" and they mean it. Never do anything without noting or having proof someone in leadership told you to do it. Every day you log in be prepared to be inundated with emails about every thing you did wrong the past 24 hours and cancel notices for support and training meetings that are long overdue. Somewhere buried in there is a policy change email that definitely should have been a department wide meeting. Owner of the company tells you he "loves" all of his "CodeBlue Family" but chooses some of the worst insurance benefits I've seen at any company. Water Mit Team is treated like the golden child while FNOL is treated like the red headed stepchild of the family. They will implement mandatory overtime at the last minute and threaten your earned bonuses when you aren't able to drop everything and log in at the drop of a hat. Systems will break and they will leave them broken for weeks/months with no indication they will be repairing them, you just have to make due. You will be love bombed the first few months, but the honeymoon phase will soon wear off.
