They give you a lot of hours and they are flexible

There are no cons that I could think of at the moment

Overtime hours nearly always due to constant call outs/quits

Due to constant call outs/quits they will over work you consistently even calling you just a few hours after getting off work and falling asleep. When you start to get run down they will just make up reasons to fire you (Creating your own hours, non-existent theft, insubordination.. Etc...) the list they gave me was almost two paragraphs long and I would work non stop before my first kid was born. After his birth I promised the spouse to slow down and spend more time at home which ended with me losing employment because I didn't want to work the extra hours. To be far MOST security jobs are like this, work you tooth and nail until you get burned out the move on to the next sucker.
