      CobbleStone is a fast-growing company that I find exciting to be a part of. As a leader in contract management software, the company is constantly finding ways to innovate and improve its software. The company culture is great - the team is collaborative and supportive and there is a lot of room for growth.

      - Nice Coworkers - They're actively trying to improve the product

      - They will drop you as soon as it's convenient for them without much thought. There's very high turnover as a result. - Inconsistent feedback from management - Management doesn't seem to trust their own employees and often it's their way or the highway - Poor compensation and benefits compared to other companies and the benefits have gotten worse as time went on
