Pros

The base pay is $60k across the whole company. The medical health benefits are decent.

Kontras

I worked under Homesnap/Homes.com department. I worked there for about a year. I’ll try to keep this short. During my year there, they laid off the ENTIRE sales department, marketing department, and CSM department for Homesnap/Homes.com. Half of my department, technical support for Homesnap/Homes.com was let go of (about 15 people including a manager). That manager had moved for that company from DC to richmond, just to get laid off in less than a year of moving. Also, the people that were laid off only got TWO WEEKS of severance pay. It was and still is chaos. The managers don’t know what they’re doing but yet, some how still micromanage. I was not laid off, I quit about after a month when half of my department was laid off. The managers do NOT care about their employees as individuals. They only care about results and revenue. No company/job is worth your happiness.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Kontras

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
