Our researchers do a fantastic job of building lasting relationships with many of our clients, while also working tirelessly to improve and expand our information database. From an upper management standpoint we do not evaluate our researchers’ success based on the number of calls made. Still, phone conversations with both clients and non-clients are necessary to verify information in our database that is used on a daily basis. We are always evolving our practices to better measure the quality of our work, and trust that you will continue to see less emphasis on call metrics as we continue to evolve the research process over time.
