Pros

CoStar offers a lot of opportunity to learn about the CRE Industry. Like any job, you get out of it what you put into it. The incentive program can be phenominal for individuals who have the right work ethic and really take ownership of their success with folks earning in the thousands per quarter in bonus. There is never a 'boring' day and the company continues to be in a growth pattern that allows opporutnities continually for growth and evolution of processes.

Kontras

The growth can overwhelm some individuals, there is a lot of change involved as a result. It is also very fast-paced at times requiring individuals who can sucessfully manage their time while multi-tasking. It is essential to be happy and successful with CoStar that you are flexible, receptive to change, and able to learn and adapt quickly.

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
