The management system in the service station is toxic. Managers are always shouting, scolding or abusing their authority. Managers frequently ask cashiers to collect money for certain items without giving receipts to customers. Feels really dishonest and something is definately amiss. Managers frequently display bad examples like going for long breaks, and taking shop items without paying for them. Also sometimes, using the excess money from daily sales and keeping it for themselves. When we have a shortage, we are however, not allowed to use our extra money from a previous day to cover our shortfall.
