Pros
Really can't think of any pros to working here only that the prescribed days off( all holidays are placed in your shift rota) where alright that's if you got it due to being told you have no choice you HAVE TO WORK OVERTIME it's in your contract.
Kontras
No one on the shop floor takes safety seriously for an oil refinery that's 40 plus years old is shocking. Don't think anyone will help you get any training or tell you how things work train or train you. Training manuals are outdated and it's all up to you to work it out. don't mention your old work and suggest anything that will upset the status quo we have done it this way for years don't think your skills or experience count for anything in here is the attitude. Good luck to anyone that enters that god forsaken place you will need it.
