Work-life balance The work-life balance at Clutter is above average for the industry. Management do have high expectations, but they also respect our time outside of work and never make last-minute requests that eat into your personal time. Pay & benefits My pay and benefits are both decent. I just started out, so I expect this to improve as times goes on. But all things considered, I would say I received a fair package. The only thing I hope to see improved asap are the medical benefits. Job security and advancement I know that it’s a very competitive environment at Clutter, but many of the employees have been with the company since the beginning and they make it a point to always promote from within, so I would say both of these look good. Management The managers at Clutter are one of the company’s hidden gems. They balance employee interests and business interests exceedingly well from what I’ve seen this past year. I can’t imagine doing what they do. Culture Collaboration is encouraged and always an enjoyable experience.

Like I mentioned, I do hope the company offers its employees better medical benefits sooner rather than later. I also hope that the company puts on fun events and team-building activities once COVID is no longer an issue.
