Very very worst experience I ever had - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Club Factory: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I ordered one backpack and watch on 12th June, 2019 and also paid through phonepe. In tracking initially it was showing unpaid but somehow that has clarified again it shows the products are at the custome clearance it takes about 2 to 3 days but that has taken almost 20 days. Then from 6 days it showing products has been delivered but not received yet. Daily tying to reach customer care but not responding, mailed twice to club factory feedback id again no response. Seriously this is the worst experience I ever had. Please never every think to buy in this stupid club factory
