Pathetic company bad service bad support - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Club Factory: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I am not an employee of this company but writing here because of there pathetic service and support. I purchased an order from Club factory. First of all, since ordering the product I had to wait around 29-30 days. Then finally I got the product after this much of wait and when it delivered and I checked the product it was not good in size and not good in quality too as showing in picture uploaded in site. It was worst experience ever with any online shopping site. Then I return the order and still keep tracking the same from 7 days but not getting any response from there side and my Money also not refunded yet.
