* I wouldn’t recommend working here if you are looking for stability. In my experience, the environment felt stressful, tense, and uncertain. * Performance expectations were not always clear. It often felt like people were expected to “adapt”, but without enough guidance on what exactly needed to change or how success was being measured. * I did not experience a strong feedback structure. Communication around performance, expectations, and organizational changes could have been much better. * Team changes were not always communicated clearly, which created additional uncertainty. From my perspective, people seemed to come and go quite often, making the environment feel unstable and unpredictable. * Cross-team connection and knowledge sharing were limited. Many people seemed to work independently, and collaboration often felt transactional rather than team-oriented. * A lot of critical knowledge appeared to be concentrated around a small number of experienced people, which sometimes made ownership, onboarding, and handovers difficult. * There was a strong push around AI and process improvement, but in practice it felt difficult to find time for meaningful innovation on top of regular delivery work. * The general atmosphere around AI, restructuring, and job stability felt stressful. I think more transparent communication from leadership would help a lot. * Vacation and coverage expectations could also be clearer. In my view, there should be better planning so people are not pressured during approved time off. Overall, this was a difficult and frustrating experience for me. I think the company would benefit from clearer feedback processes, more transparent communication, better knowledge sharing, and a healthier approach to AI-related changes.
