CSA hired me 5 years ago with very little knowledge of how a government contract actually worked, but I was eager to learn. My lead, client, and team challenged me in ways I had never been challenged before, and because of those challenges (and patience and guidance), I learned more than I thought imaginable and became confident in myself. I found opportunities to grow within the organization both personally and professionally, and each time I presented my leadership with these opportunities, I felt heard and encouraged. In 2018, I ended up having to work remotely and made a very tough decision to leave CSA because the contract I was working on was not full-time remote work friendly. I regretted the decision to leave from Day 1 at my new job. Fortunately, I kept in touch with the friends I made over the years at CSA and they alerted me to an opening that allowed remote work! I happily rejoined CSA 6 months after leaving and haven't looked back. Best decision ever.
