The support you receive it amazing, the interest rates are unbeatable, and they simplify mortgage process so I can go out there and continue to get more loans. The Chief Growth Officer (Eric Mitchell) also provides you with outstanding training. I have learned so much from him and he has helped grow my career in a lot of ways. I would highly recommend coming to work here at Client Direct Mortgage.

Unfortunately, there are only cons

This place is a mess, and I regret that I stayed here as long as I did! Everyone, especially anyone in leadership - lead processor and executives, are very unorganized, always pushing you off to someone else and that person never knows what's going on or pushes you off to another or the same person that told you to go to them. I've been given bad information and bad training too many times to count, causing me to re-do work, waste time, and hate my job. During my interview you raved to me that there would be training and support but there was neither, just headaches and games. I've heard the same lack of support from the contract processors and the loan officers.
