It’s absolutely heartbreaking seeing what leadership has done to this company over the last 3 years. What started as a fun,warm, collaborative, innovative, honest company... has quickly turned into a hostile, overworked, malicious, devious environment.
For a company so built on “values”, which they use as an “excuse” to let people go when they ask pointed questions and try to speak the truth, should take a look in the mirror and realize that your “leadership team” are some of the worst offenders.
After a few months / years of this type of treatment from leadership , the team has low confidence and self esteem. Look at anyone after working there just one year... it’s heartbreaking.
In addition, you are misrepresenting what you are selling to agents and clients. Anyone who questions leadership on the integrity of the product is either fired or quits.
At the end of the day, if you don’t question policies, procedures, integrity... you follow a core group “blindly” and drink the Client Command “Kool-Aid” ... you are an ideal employee.
