Strong culture of people who all want to make video education something that is more accessible and informative to more students. A lot of people love the work they do and create a fun working environment.
Kontras
There's not a lot of structure within the company, career progression is pretty minimal, and leadership tends to be quite immature and weak despite much of the leadership team being there for a long time. Management tends to reward itself a lot for the successes of the company with lip service to the teams making it happen. A lot of the company's successes felt to be driven by passionate employees and few lucky breaks rather than a leadership structure that is making sound decisions.
