Pros
Not even a single pro.
Kontras
1) 6 sick leaves and 6 casual leaves divided into 0.5 per month which means if you need to take 1 full sick leave or 1 full casual leave, you need to wait for 2 months or let go the money as LOP. 2) Employees are treated as mere slaves to be honest. 3) Issues with salary calculations almost every month and almost every employee has to get it corrected. 4) Even the management doesn't follow a single process or procedure but it surprises when they point of processes to be followed. 5) I am afraid 10 hours is too long for a shift and no matter how big or how small a company is, I have never seen anyone giving an excuse for having 10 hours shift. 6) Salary never comes in time. Always at the end of the day or next day. 7) If you want any of your wishes to be fulfilled against the wishes of the management, be ready to take a paycut and please talk about professionalism, seriously!!! 8) Have you ever written a diary of what you have done in the day in your school? If not, you can fulfill that wish by sending a Daily Status Report (Too kiddish!!!) 9) You ready to take extra workload, good for you because your hardwork will neither be appreciated nor rewarded. 10) Surprising thing is the management doesn't know or the HR software people do not know how to actually deduct Income Tax. 11) You first get a 1 page offer letter which only speaks about your pay and the role and nothing else. Once you join is only when you get the 5 page Offer Letter which is full of ___.(Someone, please fill in the blank). No matter how many times you ask the entire offer letter, they won't send you as that's the only way the interviewee can be fooled. 12) Funniest clause in the offer letter: If you take leave in the notice period, you will have to work 2 extra days and which means if you face a very difficult situation, fall ill in your notice period and take a leave of 10 days, you will have to work for a month more additional to your notice period. Come on, be practical!!!
