There is a community amongst the co-workers that makes for a very pleasant work environment.
Upper management is always readily available to us. They give us space to handle our job responsibilities without micro-managing. This has proven to be very rewarding and has given me a lot of professional confidence.
I feel very appreciated for what I contribute to the company. Not only because they verbalize their thanks often but because they go above and beyond with "extras" for the employees. Free catered lunch daily, free monthly haircuts, a masseuse pops in once a month for chair massages, a birthday celebration each month for employees, offsite company gatherings, great insurance, flexible schedule, etc.
I truly enjoy coming to work every day.
