They claim to be trauma informed and may be with clients, but they do not hold the same values with employees. I was sexually assaulted during my time working here and I couldn’t get any support, I asked to speak with HR about reasonable accommodations and was met with gas lighty comments and dismissal. I never felt like I was getting any support for being a whole human with traumatic experiences so I never even felt like I could share my experience with my team or the organization. This non profit overworks, underpays and undervalues employees. Favoritism and little room for growth. Extremely high turnover. My department worked without a manager for almost a year and still they didn’t promote anyone from my team into that managerial position.
