Nice people. Good coworkers, good training budget for certifications and conferences.

Refuses to adapt with the times and let people work anything other than an in-office or hybrid job. The maximum raise that you will ever get unless you change positions will never be higher than 3%. Wages may be competitive for the Pineville area or the state but they are not competitive with the rest of the nation. They will give you a $10,000 budget for training but will not compensate your wages at all when you get the certification or training done. Investing in people or technology is like pulling teeth. They want NASA level commitment on a Dollar General budget.
