The business owner is a super toxic person. He seems very nice and friendly during the job interview. He is also very nice your first few days/weeks. But then the real him comes out. EVERYBODY there is afraid of him. My advise to him is get some therapy and learn how to treat people like a human being. My advise to you reading this - run away!
