Pros

ClearVision is a great employer. They offer a great family atmosphere (family owned). They promote a phenomenal culture, great product, sales support and most of all a true and genuine group of leaders who look out for the best interests of their employees. As a veteran in the industry having worked for multiple companies in various management and sales roles, I can say that they truly hit on all cylinders to meet and exceed customer and employee expectations!

No downside as they have everyone's best interest.

Pros

Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

Kontras

After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

Good clients , some really great products

Kontras

A micro management culture. Unrealistic expectations/goals with no input from employees. Lots of field time in your own vehicle. Gas is reimbursed but nothing else. Lots of chatter about a family culture, but no tolerance for work-life harmony. Mid managers encourage after hours reporting and meetings. No annual reviews or raises. The promise of bonuses and commissions is empty. The employee turnover is far above average.
