Watching management mistreat employees on a daily basis can be very entertaining - if your enjoy that sort of thing. And if you do, you are management material for them.

Corporate culture is horrible - complete paranoia with no sense of teamwork among peers - by design. Result is an "everyman for himself" work environment. Senior management sees their job as to divide and conquer the employees. Knowing that management has a core belief that every employee is completely expendable - do expect them to go behind your back to "get the goods on you" from you co-workers at every opportunity.
