      Pros

      Good salary and additional compensation are the only 2 things you can expect in this organization.

      Kontras

      unprofessional and illiterate management and leads are managing the company. Promised to provide cabs by 2020 at the time of hiring but no update on it yet. Make many promises with the employees but never fulfills any of it. Too much of politics and the Management and the HR team targets those employees who give their opinion or go against them. Not a employee friendly organization at all.

      We are really sorry that you felt this way . We at GCC are trying to make sure that we have an acceptable culture. The rate at which the team is growing probably throws some challenges at times for the leadership to actually understand the style of the middle management. We are very clear during the hiring process that transport facility will not be possible in the near future, however we have left the door open for a possibility of implementing it.

      Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

      You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
