No room for advancement...Upper Brass only cares about profits and bonuses ..Godforbid if you don't respond for an ER ( after 12 hr shift was told its your job you know what you signed up for ) doesn't matter if you arent on call. Never given info on jobs but expected to get them done within budget and broken equipment. If you fail. It's not their fault. No brass cares about the good things you and your crew do if you do 1 bad thing. No recognition ..like another post said...It's run by blue collared trash men....Don't expect to advance far the dinosaurs in the office have it too good to let the grunts in

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
