The pros is that you don't have to show up on Satuarday and Sunday.

Kontras

Its a job that you can get certified and trained for a better job elsewhere. The management in HR is not well informed and shoot from the hip. The company has a 95% turnover rate for recruiters within the first 18 months. They don't care about you. if you don't make numbers for that week or month, they're threatening you. The workplace is very hostle and violates law on harassment.

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
