Flexible, Leave policy is ok and not an issue to take leaves

Salary will not be paid on time, only verbal appraisal will be done and management will not send any email communication whatsoever, the appraisal will be promised and not at all processed for almost a year! employees will be waiting for the arrears to arrive and they cannot leave this company, its like a trap as no one Joins here.there is LITERALLY ZERO EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT! there's no value for employees here. None of the processes is set, it changes based on the situation
