      Pros

      Things move fast, get broken fast, get fixed fast. Employees have a lot of latitude for making decisions. Maybe too much even. Minimal meetings and no time wasters or busy work. Lots of collaboration/friendliness and not a lot of process or politics.

      Switches focus a lot. Maybe a bit disorganized sometimes. Nature of business leads to moving targets and changing requirements all the time.

      ClassifiedAds.com is not your stuffy, corporate atmosphere where goals are unclear and your voice goes unheard. You are encouraged to speak up, have a say, and try new and different things. At the end of the day you will be the one who gets the fist bump in front of the company instead of your boss taking all of the credit. Have an idea? Run with it. Open office with TV's and Couches lends itself to all day collaboration. Need a quick mental break? Hit the game room. We may challenge each other, but we are family and solve problems together.
