      Pros

      None to speak of from the company. The employees were great and hard working.

      Unfortunately they have no appreciation for their people and routinely hire and fire managers. The worst part is that after they let go of a manager; the first thing that they do is roll back any raises that the individual approved during their tenure. Claiming that the manager did not have the authority to give raises.

      Pros

      Many avenues for networking in the healthcare industry. You be involved in many levels within the acute care facility. From the C suite to EVS. All have something to do with aspects of the organization.

      Small company and not much opportunity for growth. Individuals are over looked when opportunities arise for advancement. Company tends to lock you in a position if you're doing well in it.
