First, noticeable lack of collaboration across teams. Despite the hard work and dedication of many employees, efforts often feel siloed, which hampers overall productivity and innovation. Encouraging more cross-departmental communication and teamwork could lead to better outcomes for projects and a more cohesive work environment. Secondly, leadership is inconsistent and often disorganized. Frequent changes in direction and priorities create confusion and instability. Clearer, more consistent leadership and strategic planning would help align everyone's efforts and provide a more stable work environment. Lastly, it's disheartening to see that the hardest working employees often receive the least recognition and support. Implementing a fairer system for acknowledging and rewarding employee contributions would go a long way in boosting morale and retaining top talent. CSH has potential, but addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more collaborative, stable, and fair workplace.
