Hardware software and processes are out dated and departments are understaffed leading to employee burn out. Lack of empowerment and some micro-managing. Unnecessary and excessive reporting lead to decreased productivity. Pay increases are less then inflation. You make less year over year. The company is going through change. Corporate culture is just like every other company. There is a lot of fluff here. Hr “encourages” employees to write reviews on glassdoor. Few opportunities to advance.
