Mean CEO - Not Recommended - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei CivilSoft: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The CEO can hardly manage a tribe in savage primeval times not a software company in 2019!  There are basic axioms of communication, when a person spends all the time in a shouting match just Shouting and yelling with arrogance and disrespect and considering communication as a one way channel, All that while claiming to be smart, professional and experienced, such problematic and low behaviour just proves the exact opposite. There is No Vision, No process, No Order, No Plan, No clear hierarchy.... Other than Good hearted Staff there is nothing good at all about this place.
