No real diversity in this company, it seems like a tickbox exercise to bring certain amount of women in the team to look diverse. The pay is awful, often penalising hard working individuals with empty promises of a pay rise. Being told to wait for annual pay cycle because there is no budget but recruiting continuously in the team and expecting you to train them. The managers are also over worked and frankly putting their career progression before their teams. I am noticing a real “bro” culture in this team were the men are thriving with promotions, pay increases and praise and the women are only employed to look diverse and inclusive. Losing real talent and knowledge, it seems to me they are getting rid of the old and bringing new people but they will not stay. The recent lay offs are pushing toxicity within teams because everyone is under stress so a lot of finger pointing is happening. Blackstone has ruined this company. Avoid avoid avoid.
