Pros
The technology is top notch with new monitors, screens and software systems that make work for me easier. The team is very friendly and often referred to as a "family type" environment in office. The drivers are professional and also friendly. They take their jobs seriously and always do their best to keep energy flowing to their customers. Ownership is supportive while the leadership team is trying to develop a progressive culture.
Kontras
For in office staff there is a lot of sedentary work. Sometimes people are stiff and sore from lack of exercise during the day. There is some florescent lighting which can be tough for some people. Mostly an open office atmosphere. Energy distribution is serious work and not for the faint of heart. People who are soft at heart or emotional may not be a good fit for this fast paced and serious environment.
