If you can't make the customer service goal you won't get a bonus after all those cards you pushed, which is smaller and smaller every quarter. Benefits got slowly taken away year by year. Pension plan goodbye. Blue Cross not any more. Separate sick time and vacation time; let's put it all together and remove 5 days. Buy an extra week of vacation (now PTO) forget about that now too. You're a good employee but since you've been working here for 25 years you've reached the top of the pay scale for your position (less than $15 bucks an hour)
