If you are good at sales, there is great potential for big bonuses; however, most employees do not get much of a bonus, top performers can triple their annual salary in commission.

The company does not give hourly wage raises frequently. Also, the bank recently converted to a profit and loss business model, which is similar to how other banks run. In this model, however, there seems to be less room for promotions and commission/bonuses.
