Friendly environment opportunity to learn and implement One can talk openly about any issues and they are resolved

Kontras

Hikes are normal 5-7%. There is not much clarity in some of the projects. Not many leaves. Only 9 Mandatory holidays a year and 1.75 leaves are added monthly. These are paid leaves and if one is sick they need to take these leaves only. No annual events for other locations except Mumbai and Pune.
