But the day the client notified end of contract, CT immediately gave me 30-days notice and said "we do not have a bench policy." - Charged the client for my overtime for a year and half without telling me or paying me. When I found out they said "we can't pay overtime" (even though the client is paying). They did start giving me comp time, but you have to use it within 30 days. That is hard to do when you are working overtime! - Underpaid unused vacation time when I was released. Calculated the daily rate by dividing annual salary by 365 (should be 260). Cost me thousands of dollars. Refused to pay what every other company in the US pays.
