      Dear Former Colleague - thanks for taking the time to leave a review and some positive comments. I'd imagine you were hired with little work experience and got some good exposure to the hedge fund industry. I hope you took advantage of our training programs and knowledgeable staff and were able to leverage those skills to another great position.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
