Not everyone gets a yearly review like they're supposed to (mngmt forgets) No successful career planning (they say they like to promote from w/in but don't prepare anyone) Training programs are not followed up (rubber stamped training forms--employees just sign) route drivers don't really take their lunches, their days are waaay too long to do so
