Pros
The culture is based on performance, professionalism, positive discontent, and ethical standards. If you are a motived, good character, Cintas has a great culture. The benefits and pay are average compared to most mid-sized corporations.
Kontras
Management isn't up to par with competing companies. Cintas is an ever changing environment and Management tends to try things that don't work over and over hoping for a different result. I was promised a monthly bonus and promotion based on performance which I got for a limited time. I was promoted once, but the bonuses were taken away. Cintas says that they don't do affirmative action in training, but their managers say differently. They make it clear that they need to have a diverse environment so if you aren't the right color or age of the person who left the before you, you probably won't get promoted to their position. If your a minority, I would strongly recommend this company.
