4 day work week, benefits, paycheck, HR online system. You will need the 3 days off to recover from the 4 day work week.
Kontras
Long hours do not match pay. Old vehicles with no a/c!. Very Very labor intensive and dirty. Salaried SSR's have to use a time clock. Overtime pay is paid at less than regular time Time clock is used as a tool by management to justify an unrealistic schedule. The faster and more efficient you become the more they add on. Flawed system(lost garments, wrong garments and misc. charges) encourages and forces SSR's to be less than honest with customers on a daily basis.
