No vacation in your first year....this is absolutely crazy. Certain managers micro-manage. If you do not make your sales goals, sometimes your hard work and diligence do not get recognized. If you are working hard and were not given the best route/territory - your pay will reflect that. Way behind the ball with technology. SSR's really could use a laptop/ipad/or at least reimburse >50% cell phone
