Corporate culture is oppressive (Drink the kool-aid!) A lot of flavor-of-the-week initiatives/ideas (today the focus of our business is etc.) Still waiting for payment of performance based bonus (60 plus days after end of fiscal year, and don't get me started on the fact I haven't even seen a quarterly one since I've been there!)
