I would strongly advise against working at Cinco Amor. This company is a nightmare for employees. The management micromanages every aspect of your job, leaving no room for autonomy or trust. They constantly shout at you for any mistakes and never offer any form of constructive feedback or training. Instead, they are quick to assign blame for their own errors onto the employees. The pay is another major issue. Cinco Amor tries to skirt minimum wage laws, justifying it by claiming they are providing you with the opportunity to work. This is both unethical and illegal. Additionally, there are no compliments or positive reinforcement for your hard work; instead, they create a hostile environment where you're always walking on eggshells. The rules are strict and inconsistently applied, creating an unfair and frustrating workplace. Some employees get preferential treatment while others are unfairly targeted. The office culture is toxic, with no one lasting more than six months. The turnover rate is incredibly high because the people in charge are some of the worst you'll ever encounter. Moreover, there is no room for progression. If you show any desire for growth or express your opinions, they will find a way to pin faults on you and make you feel incompetent. This is their tactic to suppress anyone who might be more competent than the management. In summary, Cinco Amor is a waste of time. You will not learn anything valuable, and the experience will be detrimental to your professional and personal well-being. Stay far away from this company if you value your sanity and career growth.

Learnt some life lessons! There are some great people working there, just a shame management run them into the ground.

The company is run by two directors who have delusions of grandeur and treat their staff very poorly. I have personally witnessed staff being berated, belittled and disrespected in front of the team and then pushed out of the company, pay withheld and contracts cut with no warning. The company has no values and does not care about their staff nor their mental health. This review comes from my own personal experience, as well as witnessing the unacceptable treatment of others also. You are expected to work long hours, as well as weekends, with no additional pay nor time in lieu. The company seems to employee people for a short period of time, use them for their skills and knowledge and then push them out as quickly as possible. This is apparent from the extremely high staff turnover. Please avoid if you value your mental health.
